Operational Mode State
OperationalModeState sets the mode of a servo, typically used during
calibration.

Joint name is the name of the servo joint.
torqueMode
Torque_mode is used to toggle the torque of the servo.
limitsMode
Limits_mode is used to toggle the limits of the servo.
